Two PRR  groomers were out on the trails yesterday and  four were out there today.  All grooming activity has been north and east of Back Lake.  Next week we hope to go south to the village of Pittsburg and beyond.  We are still filling in water bars and removing blow downs.

Here’s what riders are saying on our Facebook page….

“Great day of riding! The groomers were out and I thought the trails were great! Anyone who passed on coming up this weekend really missed good riding!”  Pete Johnson

“Pittsburg Ridge Runners are awesome! Trails were great! Thank you guys for your hard work!” Raymond Lacasse

“Just got back from a 35 mile ride. From Youngs thru Camp Ground heading to the Pits at Farr Rd. to 147N was Groomed and we actually met up with the Groomer. Came back down 140S. Overall Great Riding for Early Season Snow !!”   Walter Dawson

We’ve been receiving snow flurries daily and it looks like more to come on Sunday. Very cold temperatures are forecasted for Monday and Tuesday which is needed to freeze the water bars and get the  lakes frozen.

Lakes are still not safe.

We hope to see you soon.
