Trail Update – Thursday, January 16th

by | Jan 16, 2020 | Club News, Trail Reports, What We're Talking About

“We received 3 to 5 inches of new snow in Pittsburg today.
Groomers were out today another one is out tonight and all four will be out late morning tomorrow into the evening.

Trails South of Back Lake are open, but note basically the only snow on those trails other than some icy base is the three to five inches that we received today.

Trails from Back Lake north and east are to be rated as good to excellent depending on elevation and what type of road base is underneath them.

Boundary pond was groomed today by the dynamic duo GR4 and GR9.

Ride safe, dress for changing weather conditions and watch for the groomer.”

Kevin “groomer Grinch” Lassonde, coordinator PRRSC.

That is great news!

More snow is on the way over the holiday weekend.

The Warming Hut will be open Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Stop in for some good food and to warm up.

We hope you have fun this weekend.  Ride Safe!
