PRR Groomers working their magic.

PRR Groomers working their magic.

The PRR grooming crew have been out getting the trails back into shape after the weekend. The rain we received on Sunday has given the trails a hard base which is a good thing. The northern trails held up surprisingly well with the rain according to the grooming crew and a few passes with the drags has them back to good and very good condition.

We received 2 to 3 inches of snow last night and it is still snowing lightly. The groomers will be on the eastern trails today, and they will be covering more of trail system each day to get the trails rocking for the weekend.
Tuesday they groomed: East Inlet, Boundary Pond, Smith Brook, Deer Mountain and Perry and more.  We will post the complete trail list in the next few days.
In the high traffic areas the snow is thin but passable.
There is still no grooming south of Back Lake until we receive adequate snow.
The big lakes are not safe. Please stay off the big lakes.
The date for the Turkey Feed has been changed again to January 30th
We would like to thank everyone that donated turkeys. You all Rock!
The Warming Hut opens this Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Be there or be square.
